Submit a 10- to 15-page paper (excluding title and references pages) comparing the cultures of two countries. The two countries will be the United States and another country of your choice. You must 

• Evaluate how your country’s historical, political, economic, and social components influence your chosen country’s values.
• Explain the connection between each country’s cultural values and its business management approach. In other words, how does your chosen country’s values affect how it does business?
• Analyze the strengths and weaknesses of your selected country’s values in terms of how they affect business transactions with the United States.
• Offer at least one suggestion for improvement.
